We are at sea – somewhere between Rio and
Buenos Aires…. High sea swell this
morning. It wasn’t affecting us too
much, but I noticed that there were sea sick bags easily accessible in the
toilets etc. After brekky, we were back
in our cabin when David called excitedly to get out on the balcony – we were approaching
a pod of about 100? Dolphins!!! Racing
for cameras – David took the photo of the trip!
Unfortunately we were just a little too far away for good photos but the
show was awesome! They didn’t come any
closer to the ship and we were probably travelling too quickly for them. It was so exciting – I love dolphins! Next, David and I went to the Buenos Aires
port lecture to gather ideas about what we would like to see. There were many activities on board today but
we were a little tired so we took it easy.
The sun came out in the afternoon!
Tonight was a formal night so we donned our best rags and headed off for
a special dinner. Tonight’s show was
called ‘British Invasion’ – music from 50’s, 60’s and 70’s (Queen, Rolling
Stones, Beetles, The Who etc) and it was one of the best we’ve seen! A happy day, today!
